Tap Samsung Keyboard settings . It's about halfway down the menu below the "Date and time" option. This opens the settings for the Samsung Keyboard.
- If you are using a different keyboard as your default keyboard (i.e., Gboard), you'll tap that option for that keyboard instead. It'll be in the same place below the "Date and time" option.
- If you want to change your default keyboard, you'll need to download a new keyboard app from the Google Play Store first, then tap Keyboard list and default in the "General Management" settings menu. From there, tap Default keyboard at the top and select the keyboard you want to use.

Tap Languages and types . It's the first option at the top of the menu.
- If your default keyboard is not the Samsung Keyboard, tap the language option for your default keyboard instead.

Tap Manage input language . It's the second option in the "Language and types" menu.

Tap the toggle switch next to the language(s) you want to use. You can enable multiple languages if you'd like.
- If you don't see a toggle switch next to the language you want to use, you need to download it. To do so, scroll down and tap the arrow over a line next to the language. Once it is finished downloading, tap the toggle switch next to it at the top and turn it on.
