Type Ctrl + Alt + Shift + / on Word. This keycode only works on Microsoft Word, so you can use it when you’re typing up documents. Move your cursor to the spot where you’d like your upside down question mark, then type Ctrl and Alt before you hit Shift and / . Type Alt + 168. Press and hold the Alt button on your keyboard (it’s usually on the bottom next to the spacebar). As you’re holding, type in the numbers 168 to add an upside down question mark. [2] X Research source
