Forwarding emails from another account to Gmail allows you to view and manage emails from one location, which is helpful if Gmail is your primary email account. Automatic email forwarding can be set up and activated from the originating email account, even when forwarding mail from another Gmail account.
Quick Steps
- Go to Settings in Outlook.
- Go to Mail and Forwarding .
- Enable "Forwarding" and enter your Gmail address to forward Outlook and Hotmail email.

Log into the Outlook Web app and click . You'll see the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser. Go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ and sign in if you aren't automatically signed in.

Click the Mail tab and select Forwarding and IMAP . You'll see the Mail tab in the menu to the far left, then the Forwarding option in the middle column.Advertisement

Click the toggle next to "Enable Forwarding" to turn it on. The switch will be blue and pointing to the right if it's on.

Enter your Gmail email address in the "Forward my email to" text field. If you want to keep a copy of the forwarded email in your Outlook account, check the box next to "Keep a copy" and click Save . Log into your iCloud Mail account and click . Launch your Internet browser and sign into your Apple Mail account at https://www.icloud.com/mail/ . You'll see the gear icon near the top left corner of the site, under the "iCloud Mail" header.

Click Settings . It's next to an icon of sliders and is the first option on the menu.

Click the Mail Forwarding tab. It's next to an icon of a curved arrow.

Select the box next to "Forward my email to" to check it. Selecting this will allow you to type in the following text field.

- You'll see your iCloud email in your "All mail" inbox.
- If you don't want all of your mail from iCloud being forwarded, you can also set up rules to forward specific emails.

Log into the Gmail account from which you want to forward emails. This is the account that you'll forward from.

Click and "See all settings." You'll see the gear icon towards the top right corner of your browser and "See all settings" is the first option on the menu.

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. You'll see this in the row of tabs near the top of the browser page.

Select Add a forwarding address . You'll see this to the right of the "Forwarding" header.

Enter the Gmail address to which you want mail sent. Google will send a verification email to this address to confirm you want mail forwarded to this Gmail account.
- Click Next to continue.
- Gmail will need to verify that you're the Gmail account owner requesting this feature and you will have to confirm your ownership before you can continue.

Confirm that you want emails forwarded to your other Gmail. You have to verify your forward request first. To do this:
- Log into the Gmail account to which you want mail forwarded. This is the secondary email where your original messages will be sent.
- Open the confirmation email sent to you from Google.
- Click the link in the email. This confirms you want to activate mail forwarding.

Return to Settings in your original email. This is the email address that you want to forward messages from. If you need to, go back to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox and sign in.
- Click the gear icon and select See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP .
- Refresh your browser page until you see more options in the "Forwarding" section.

Check “Forward a copy…” to select it. It's the second option in the "Forwarding" section.

Select the forwarding email from the drop-down. It's the first drop-down list.

Choose how you want the forwarded messages treated. By default, "Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox" is selected, and that's the most recommended action. [3] X Research source

Click Save Changes . It's at the bottom of the page and will bring you back to your inbox. For 7 days, you will see a banner in your original email account that all the emails are being forwarded to another account.
- Go back to Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP to turn off forwarding.

Click the gear icon and click "See all settings." It's the first option after you click the gear icon.

Click Link accounts with Gmailify . You can also opt to import mail with POP, but that requires you to make sure your original email server (AOL and Yahoo) supports that feature and you'll have to enter your password for those accounts to access them.

Click Agree and close the window. You'll immediately see your Gmail account populate with the Yahoo/AOL emails and you will continue to get your other emails in your inbox. [5] X Research source

Open Settings in Gmail. Go to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox and log in. Click the gear icon and select See all settings .
- Use this method if you have a domain and want your email to show up in Gmail.

Enter your domain's email address. Make sure you type it in correctly, so you can view emails from this address with your Gmail account.

Enter the email's information. You need to provide a username, password, POP server, port, and check boxes that you want.

Click Add Account . You'll be redirected to your inbox where there's a new label with your forwarded mail.
