I was just featured on the radio to win tickets to Seaworld. Do I have to pick them up or will they send them to me?

If you called in to win, they should have explained the details, but I wouldn't assume that they're in the mail. When I won tickets to a concert, they just put my tickets at Will Call under my name. It's very possible that yours would be "reserved" for you at Seaworld, possibly with an expiration date. I'd call the DJ/station if a quick call to Seaworld didn't answer my question.

My number is registered in the same city the radio contest is in; however, when I try to call in from out of town, I get a busy tone even when the contest isn't on. Can radio stations tell where a call is coming from, regardless if the number is local?

No, it doesn't matter where your phone is registered or if the phone number has a different area code. It is against FCC regulations for radio station contest lines to have caller ID to keep the contests fair. All the DJ sees in the studio is a board with a series of flashing lights under "line 1", "line 2", etc.

When I dial the radio station's number, regardless of how many times I ring, I get "your call cannot be completed as dialed." Why is that? I used to be able to get through with just a busy signal sometimes.
