Is it possible to graduate as a freshman?

Every high school has a handbook and in the handbook it tells you what classes you need to graduate. You can not graduate from HS as a freshman, because you are just starting those required classes. You can also look at the handbook in your counselor's office. He or she will go over with you what classes you have to take each of your years at high school.

Can I graduate high school early if I'm a kid skipping grades?

It depends on your school. Some schools might let you do this, especially if it's private school. Public schools are pretty strict about you having to take every year and not skip - they consider it part of your "social development." If you're doing well, rather than let you skip years, they're more likely to put you in gifted classes. Of course, if you homeschool and then take the GED, the time it takes is up to you. You will have to check with your state, as every state has different laws about homeschooling.
