I get so upset with myself when I'm in my car and a person of need comes up to my car and I don't have money to give them. Honestly l don't, and the look they give makes me feel terrible. How do I fix this?

Try to always have at least a little cash on hand, even if it's a spot in your car you keep loose change. Or just make sure to have food with you in the car to give them that.

My friend is in need of a lot of help. He just quit his job and is very depressed. He has nowhere to go and needs a lot of help, what can I do?

Help him by being there for him! When he feels low, try to get him up. Help him with a place to sleep if needed, help him with some money or food if you can, and try to find out why he quit his job. Make him feel good with warm words, and together try to find a new job for him. Something less stressful and something that you think he will enjoy doing. Don't leave him and try to show him why you think he's worth going on living. Hang out every day, go for a walk or get together with some friends for a great time. Keep his mind away from bad thoughts.
