    I'm not sure about other milk steak chefs, but I find filtering out the yellow ones helps the most with the rats. Don't get me wrong, the orange ones definitely contribute to the problem, but it's pretty clear that the yellow ones are where the majority of it comes from. Getting rid of both probably wouldn't hurt.
