To add a secondary y-axis, you need a third column or row of data for the second y-axis. Highlight all three data sets, go to the Insert tab in Excel, and choose your chart type (like "Scatter with Straight Lines and Markers"). After creating the chart, right-click a line, select Format Data Series, and choose Secondary Axis in the window that appears. Your graph will update with a second y-axis.
