Whenever I'm playing the F scale, I have trouble making my high E sound good. What should I do?

Keep a really fast air stream. Keep a good embouchure, and don't close your throat. Try adjusting your air stream and the shape of your mouth until you get it out well. Then memorize how your mouth feels when you play it. Tuning your instrument may also help.

I can't really do the high D, it doesn't come out sounding like a D. But, if I play normal D but as a high D, it sounds fine. Which one is right?

Make sure you’re using the right fingering. Normal D should look like T⚪️⚫️⚫️|⚫️⚫️⚫️P High D should look like T⚪️⚫️⚫️|⚪️⚪️⚪️P (T for thumb and P for pinky).
