Don't feel air blowing into refrigerator, what can I do?

You won't if the door is open. You'll need to close the door switch with a finger or place a strong piece of tape over it and wait for about one minute. The fan *should* come on. If it doesn't, take a look at "Test-an-Evaporator-Fan-Motor" within this site.
