    You can just wipe it down with a rag. If the cleaning fluid actually isn't coming out, try poking the opening with a pin or staple. Gunk occasionally gets trapped in there, which can clog the fluid. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll need to take your vehicle to a mechanic.

    Pull the metal arm up, making sure it doesn't snap back and crack the windshield. Pull the old blade out and then slide the new blade in, making sure you put it in on the same side that you pulled the old blade off from.
