QuestionDue to a learning disability, it is difficult for me to follow more than a few sentences when someone speaks. How can I politely explain that I am listening, but lose the thread easily?Community AnswerBe honest, and let them know you need them to repeat information. Also, tell them that you are interested in what they are saying, and that their comments are great, that you want to know more about what they are thinking. People love being listened to, so don't be afraid to ask somebody to give more detail about their ideas.
