In step 3, where you see the screen icons with the numbers indicating 1 for primary and 2 for secondary display, you can click and hold on a screen, move it to your prefered location/arrangement and let the mouse button go (drag & drop). If this is no working within this menu, re-open it following Settings>Display.

You can increase the Zoom size in the settings. By going to Settings->Display->On Display, you should see scale and layout. So click on the 100% recommended and press it to 200%. If that doesn't work, keep zooming in until you get that perfect zoom.
