-
QuestionCan I use hot water in it?CheddarCommunity AnswerProbably not, because the hot water may damage the cup which could affect the NutriBullet's performance.

-
QuestionCan I blend it without water?Community AnswerYou can, but it may not blend as well.
-

QuestionDo you strain the fiber out of the drink? I have tried using straining lids, but they get clogged too quickly.Community AnswerWhether or not you want the pulp is up to you; it's a matter of preference. Just keep in mind that when you remove the pulp you take away a lot of nutrients from the drink. Also, I would recommend using a strainer with larger holes if the straining lids get too clogged.
-
QuestionCan I use a Nutribullet for commercial use, like for a smoothie business?Community AnswerMy dad actually runs his own smoothie business and the blender is everything. He only uses Vitamix. He even bought another expensive brand but it just couldn't keep up, so that is a bad idea. It will save you so much time to just invest in Vitamix,or if not that company, look into the brands places like Starbucks or Jamba Juice use.

QuestionWhy won't my NutriBullet push down or spin?Community AnswerMake sure the protrusions on the cup line up with the unit. There are three plastic contact points slightly lower than the outer rim of the unit that must all be pressed for it to operate. If your NutriBullet still isn't working, you may want to have it replaced.
-
QuestionWhere is the fill line?Community AnswerIt is written in black letters, "MAX." If it's hard to find, mark it with nail polish.
-
QuestionWhat can I do if I cannot get the cup to go down far enough for it to blend?Community AnswerYour lid or cap is not on correctly. Make sure that the liquid is to the Max line. If it is over, pour out the extra and screw the top semi-tightly. Turn it upside down to make sure it is not leaking. Plug in the base, place the tall cup upside down and push on the tall cup to blend.
-

QuestionWhat do I do if the cup won't go down in the NutriBullet to get the notches in place?Community AnswerQuite often the reason it won’t work is because the power isn’t on, so the notches won’t work either. Trying to fit the cup on won’t work until you turn it on.
