Peeing on command for a medical or drug test can seem daunting, but it’s not nearly as hard as it seems—and we’re here to help you get started. Read on for all the tips and hacks you need to flush your worries away and submit your urine sample in no time.

  • Turn on the faucet and/or dip your fingers in a little water to kickstart your urge to pee.
