Simple Tips to Reset Your Life
- Acknowledge where you are now in life and where you want to go based on your core values. Then, set goals to get there.
- Declutter your life. Clean your living space, and get rid of anything that doesn’t bring you joy—including objects, activities, and people.
- Get out of your comfort zone and challenge your negative thoughts to create a more positive mindset.
