    The number one thing that comes to my mind is smile, just be friendly. I think being friendly can be flirting on its own. A good way to flirt would be just to give a compliment about something, maybe she has really great looking shoes. “Oh, by the way, I love your shoes, they look really stylish and they totally match your outfits”. In a way that is flirting.

    Smile be friendly and don't hesitate to express your interest in the person. I encourage them to do is to be direct and just give the lady a compliment. For example, there's a beautiful young lady that they like that's walking down the street, don't hesitate to walk towards her, stop her, be very polite, try to be very charming and just be direct saying something like, “Hello, I don't mean to bother you but I think you look absolutely stunning, your outfit looks great” or “I really like your style, I think your handbag looks amazing, the way it matches your belt”, whatever, just give a compliment, something that you really like about the person.
